Philadelphia (November 27, 2017) – National Real Estate Development, LLC (“National Development”) today announced that ROOST Apartment Hotel, the high design extended stay concept, will operate 60 artfully furnished apartments at East Market, opening in August 2018.  Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the ROOST brand, a concept that bridges a boutique hotel with apartment-style living, will welcome a new location for its weekly and monthly residents within this dynamic and growing city neighborhood. The East Market development, owned by National Real Estate Advisors, JOSS Realty Partners, Young Capital, LLC and SSH Real Estate, will mark the third location for ROOST Apartment Hotel, with two current locations operating in Rittenhouse and Midtown.  This location will be situated in a new tower at 1199 Ludlow Street, which is being entirely designed by Adjmi, and will include a 27,000 square foot City Fitness as well as Iron Hill Brewery.

ROOST Apartment Hotel offers studio, one and two-bedroom and penthouse apartments with full-sized kitchens and modern appliances in a beautifully appointed space, which features contemporary furnishings, antique elements, custom lighting, and unique artwork. Featured amenities include a coffee concierge and in-apartment artisanal coffee program with La Colombe, a 24-hour concierge desk and on-site housekeeping and maintenance services. While Morris Adjmi Architects designed the interiors of the two current locations, the ROOST at East Market will be the first location at which the firm will oversee both the architecture and interior design.
